We may routinely collect information from you on applications, transactions or other forms which could include your name, address, telephone number, social security number, annual income, current and past employers, deposit and loan information and payment history. We may collect information from consumer reporting agencies regarding credit and payment histories. Our affiliates presently include First Bucks L.L.C. trading as Gant, Myers & Gillis Insurance Agency, GMG Insurance Agency and GMG Financial Services who are in the business of property and casualty insurance. We may share information with our affiliates or subsidiaries that has been given to us in connection with an application that you submitted for one of our products and services.
